The Rexpeed R27X is a dry carbon fiber e-brake handle designed as a direct replacement for the factory parking brake handle in the 2008-2015 Mitsubishi Evolution X. This component enhances the interior aesthetics with its sleek gloss finish and contrasting black anodized aluminum accents. Constructed using a pre-preg and dry carbon fiber process, this handle is vacuum-formed into a mold at high temperatures (200-300°C). This method results in a strong yet lightweight composite material, with dry carbon parts typically being thinner than their wet carbon counterparts.
