The stock cooling system can suffer from reduced efficiency due to air escaping around the radiator. Constructed from a premium Dry Carbon Kevlar material, this cooling plate not only enhances performance by reducing coolant temperatures during spirited driving and track use but also adds a distinctive visual element to the engine bay. When caring for this component, it's important to note that the natural dry carbon fiber finish does not come with a UV-protectant clear coat. To maintain its appearance and prevent water spots or white marks, applying a coat of spray-on wax or ceramic coating is recommended. It is advised not to add a traditional clear coat. As with many hand-crafted composite products, minor imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, or resin blemishes may be present.
