The AEM 21-513P Performance Cold Air Intake System is engineered to deliver noticeable horsepower and torque gains by replacing your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This system is specifically designed, tuned, and dyno-tested to fit select Acura TL models. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter, ensuring outstanding airflow, filtration, and performance. The filter is strategically located to reduce intake air temperature, further boosting horsepower. The intake tubing is crafted from mandrel-bent aluminum and features a durable, polished chrome-like finish. This design accommodates the engine's factory emissions control devices and includes a replacement silicone breather hose for a complete installation. The AEM Dryflow air filter utilizes an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can last up to 100,000 miles before requiring cleaning, depending on driving conditions. It's important to note that while many AEM intakes are 50-state legal, some may not be legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards.
