By utilizing an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter and a protective heat shield, the system effectively lowers intake air temperatures to promote increased horsepower and torque. The intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum and finished in a durable gunmetal gray powder coat. Installation can typically be completed using standard hand tools. The synthetic Dryflow filter media is oil-free and designed to last up to 100,000 miles between cleanings, depending on your driving conditions. Each unit is backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Please note that while some systems are 50-state legal, others may not be legal for use in California or other states that have adopted California emission standards; check your specific vehicle application status before purchase.
