The AEM DryFlow Round Tapered Pre-Filter (1-4001) is an accessory designed to enhance the performance and longevity of your AEM Dryflow air filter. Constructed from a durable, silicone-treated polyester micro-screen material, this black pre-filter offers essential protection. This wrap serves a dual purpose: it shields your Dryflow air filter from saturation by water and mud splashes, preventing damage or performance degradation. Additionally, in dusty environments, it acts as a first line of defense, capturing a significant amount of dirt before it reaches the main filter. This pre-filtering capability helps to extend the cleaning interval of your primary Dryflow filter, saving you maintenance time and effort.
