DS Design DN Series Coilover Kit

The BC Racing DS Design DN Series coilover kit is engineered to enhance the suspension performance of the Honda JAZZ GD1/GD3 models produced between 2002 and 2008. This kit utilizes a digressive valved damper, which offers increased stability and improved cornering ability at lower shaft speeds, providing a distinct ride feel compared to conventional linear valving. It is an ideal choice for track-oriented vehicles where a performance edge is prioritized over maximum comfort. The shock bodies have a satin chrome finish, and the casing is made from anodized alloy, while the locking rings are crafted from T6061 alloy. The springs are made from SAE9254 Steel Racing material. The monotube design ensures maximum performance, and the coilovers are fully rebuildable, offering longevity. The kit includes a 12-month warranty. For some vehicles, factory rear rubber upper top mounts will need to be reused. This coilover kit includes features such as 30 levels of damping force adjustment and a full-length height adjustment system, allowing for precise tuning of ride height and suspension response. The front top mounts are provided without an integrated top mount, while the rear features a rubber top mount, or in some vehicle applications, may reuse the factory rubber top mount. It's important to note that operational noises like knocks and squeaks from track-oriented components such as pillow ball top mounts and coilovers like the DS series are considered normal characteristics and are not covered under warranty.
