DS25 Stage 2.5 HPFP for B58 Engines

The Dorch Engineering DS25 Stage 2.5 HPFP represents the next generation of B58 direct-injection fueling upgrades, building upon the success of the "Dorch Stage 2" pump. This "Stage 2.5" pump has been completely redesigned and optimized from the ground up for enhanced performance and reliability. Externally, the DS25 features updated packaging that provides exact OEM hose routing, eliminating interference when changing coil packs or spark plugs. This true plug-and-play design requires no cutting, bending, or crimping and integrates seamlessly with the DME, just like the factory component. Internally, the pressure chamber, spring rates, and plunger depth have been reworked to optimize volumetric efficiency, resulting in a pump that is both more reliable and offers higher flow. The DS25 is engineered to operate efficiently up to 250 bar, maximizing the potential of upgraded DI injectors. Software changes are mandatory to operate this pump. Users of Bootmod3, MHD, or MG Flasher can simply check the box for the pump upgrade during flashing. For other tuning platforms, the .BIN file must be sent to tuning@dorchengineering.com for software implementation via WinOLS. Dorch Engineering backs the DS25 with a Lifetime Warranty, a testament to its reliability. The kit includes the HPFP with hardware, a Dorch High Pressure Line, a PTFE Low Pressure Line, a Low Pressure Hose Bracket, and a Plug and Play Adapter Harness. Software support is also provided through their in-house calibration engineer.
