DS25 Stage 2.5 HPFP Fuel Pump Upgrade

The Dorch Engineering DS25 Stage 2.5 High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Upgrade is a completely redesigned and optimized fuel delivery solution for BMW N55 engines. This Stage 2.5 pump replaces the previous DS2 model, offering enhanced reliability and significantly increased flow capacity. It is engineered to efficiently operate at up to 250 bar, maximizing the potential of upgraded direct injection injectors. The DS25 stage 2.5 pump offers flow potentials of 1000whp on gasoline and 770whp on E85, representing a 25% increase over the OEM pump. The kit includes all necessary components: the HPFP with hardware, a Dorch High Pressure Line with a 250 bar capacity, a PTFE Low Pressure Hose, and a Plug and Play Adapter Harness. Software changes are required to utilize this pump, with options to select the upgrade when flashing with MHD or Bootmod3, or by sending a .BIN file for software implementation. Crucially, this kit is ONLY for 2013+ models equipped with the OE Bosch HPFP and is NOT compatible with 2011-2012 N55 Vehicles.
