Description

The Scanstrut DS40-P is a vertical cable seal designed for marine applications. It provides a waterproof thru-deck or thru-bulkhead cable routing solution without requiring the removal of the cable connector. The seal features a split bung for easy installation and is available in high-impact glass-filled nylon or 316 stainless steel.

This seal is IP68 rated, ensuring a watertight installation with a tapered bung that forms a secure seal against the closed-cell base. The aesthetic dome shape offers impact resistance and an additional water shield. It is designed to accommodate cables from 12-15mm in diameter and connectors up to 40mm.
