This kit includes Hawk Talon Rotors and Hawk HPS (High Performance Street) brake pads. The pads are a Ferro-Carbon formula developed for street performance, offering 20-40% more stopping power and higher fade resistance than most standard replacement pads. They have an operating temperature range of 100-700°F and an optimal range of 100-500°F, producing less dust than OEM pads but more than Hawk Ceramic pads. The Talon Rotors feature a unique DTC curved slot design, are built to OE specifications and weights, and are engineered for a direct fit. They are cross-drilled and slotted to optimize thermal efficiency, heat dissipation, strength, and improve wet braking. The rotors are coated with a Magni™ coating for superior corrosion resistance and are salt-spray tested per ISO-9227, exceeding the 240-hour requirement. They are also balanced with CNC programmed, precision milled slots to reduce harmonic resonance and maintain a clean pad surface.
