The RacingLine DSG Gearbox Billet Oil Feed Tubes are designed to permanently fix a known weak point in VW, Audi, Cupra, and Skoda DQ381 and DQ500 DSG gearboxes. The original internal plastic oil transfer tubes are prone to becoming brittle and failing due to heat cycling, age, or increased torque levels. This failure can lead to oil pressure loss and serious internal gearbox damage. These feed tubes replace the original plastic components with precision CNC-machined billet aluminum tubes. This upgrade provides a permanent, leak-free solution that is resistant to high temperatures, increased clutch pressures, and long-term use, making them ideal for standard vehicles, heavily tuned applications, and track cars. They are crucial for maintaining consistent oil pressure and flow, which is vital for clutch cooling and mechatronics reliability. The product is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for a wide range of VW Group models equipped with DQ381 and DQ500 DSG gearboxes.
