Description

The Racingline Performance DSG Oil Cooler System is designed for MQB Evo DQ381 gearboxes. It is an essential fit for hard-driven vehicles with high power levels or those operating in hot climates. This kit addresses issues caused by the factory DSG oil/water cooler being overwhelmed, which can lead to oil thinning, degraded lubrication, power drops, and gear selection problems.

The system adds an additional thermostatically-controlled air/oil cooler at the front of the car, doubling the cooling capability. It works in conjunction with the factory oil/water cooling. When oil temperatures exceed normal levels, the thermostat opens, directing oil through the 10-row cooler to significantly reduce temperatures.
