DSK-6 Electronic Ignition System

The Dyna DSK6-1 is a high-performance, self-contained electronic ignition system engineered specifically for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Trusted by racers for over two decades, this system houses its components behind the ignition cover and utilizes a magnetic rotor with the original spark advancer, ensuring the factory advance curve is preserved. The included DC7-1 high energy coil delivers spark voltages exceeding 30,000 volts and exceptional spark energy, promising reliable performance for street, racing, and touring applications. This kit is designed for dual-fire applications, providing a robust ignition solution for a wide range of Harley-Davidson models from 1970 through 2003. It is important to note that later models equipped with OEM electronic ignitions will require the addition of a mechanical advance unit. This ignition system is not compatible with fuel-injected models.
