DSS Mini 2001-2006 Cooper S 475HP Level 2.9 Axle -Right

The Driveshaft Shop Level 2.9 axles are designed for extreme street/track use, handling up to 475HP (at the wheels) in forced induction or all-motor setups. These right axles feature inner and center bars from the Level 3 system, made from a proprietary material with solid torsional center bars and chromoly spline plugs. High-grade ball and cage inner housings improve durability and accommodate axle angles on lowered/swapped cars. The new outer CV is made from high-grade chromoly with an intense heat treatment for exceptional strength (broke a 300m bar during testing). They fit standard 26-spline hubs, include removable ABS rings, and come with a new aerospace-grade intermediate bar (requires transferring factory hanger bearing and bracket).
