Description

This is a 1-piece aluminum replacement driveshaft for the Nissan 240SX platform (S14 with ABS and KA24/SR20 6-Speed). It is approximately 5 lbs lighter than the factory 2-piece driveshaft. It is claimed to provide faster throttle response due to the hanger bearing not moving up and down during acceleration. A less expensive alternative to an aluminum shaft, it has been suggested by some sponsored drift car drivers that a steel shaft breaks the tires loose quicker than aluminum. This steel shaft offers most of the benefits of an aluminum shaft without the higher cost.
