DSX Tuning Gen IV/V V8 Flex Fuel Kit

The DSX Tuning flex fuel kit is a plug-and-play solution for adding flex fuel capability to Gen IV/Gen V GM V8 vehicles. It allows the use of gasoline, ethanol, or a blend of both, enabling users to access increased power potential, especially in forced induction setups. The kit enables seamless switching between fuel types without requiring manual monitoring or reflashing the tune. It features 100% clip-together plumbing, eliminating the need for wrenches.

This specific kit includes a crimped and pressure-tested PTFE line to replace the factory over-the-engine line. It is an 8AN line with 6AN connections, designed for a true 3/8" ID flow. An option is available without the replacement line, where the sensor installs at the firewall, reusing the factory fuel line, though this may result in a slight kink. The kit also includes a corrosion-resistant plumbing kit, a plug-and-play wiring harness with OEM connectors and terminals, and a 3D-printed fuel line disconnect. DSX manufactured components are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects, while GM sensors have a 90-day warranty.
