DT RAM Twin Turbocharger Kit

The Dontex Performance DT RAM Twin Turbocharger Kit is an exclusive, patent-pending system designed to significantly enhance the performance of the 5.7 E-torque engine. It is suitable for both demanding track conditions and everyday driving, with the claim of maintaining factory fuel consumption on the highway. This comprehensive kit includes two Pulsar Turbo 6255 .92 DVB internal wastegate turbos, rated for 1800hp, with options for external wastegates. It also features Pacemaker Silver Ceramic Coated 1-7/8″ long tube headers, a 3″ 409-grade cat-back exhaust system with 5″ black tips, a custom Dontex front mount intercooler, and a Turbowerx oil return pump. Fueling is supported by 775cc injectors, capable of handling up to 5psi, with recommendations for larger injectors for higher boost levels. A 2-bar MAP sensor and a 50mm Turbosmart blow-off valve are also included. The kit comes with essential components for a complete installation, including O2 sensor extenders, braided oil feed hoses, Aeroflow fittings, a custom catch can, and a new engine oil sump with a return bung. It also includes 16 NGK spark plugs, an Eboost2 boost controller, PCM unlock, custom engine and 8-speed auto tuning, 7 liters of oil, and 4 liters of coolant. Before and after dyno graphs are provided. This kit is capable of supporting up to 1800hp and can produce 5psi with a stock fuel system or 9psi with an optional MSD Booster Pump System. Modifications may be required for LHD conversions. If the Pacemaker 3″ cat-back exhaust system is not selected, an additional $950.00 may be required to modify the existing exhaust system to integrate with the turbo kit.
