DTE 10 Excel Hydraulic Oil

The Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series are high-performance anti-wear hydraulic oils engineered to meet the demands of modern, high-pressure industrial and mobile hydraulic systems. Constructed from selected base oils and a proprietary additive package, these oils provide balanced performance across various applications. These hydraulic oils exhibit outstanding oxidation and thermal stability, which contributes to extended oil life and reduced deposit formation, especially in severe hydraulic systems with high-pressure, high-output pumps. The shear-stable, high viscosity index ensures maximum hydraulic efficiency and component protection throughout a broad operating temperature range, maintaining performance at both low and high temperatures. Further enhancing system protection, the Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series offers excellent air release properties, crucial for systems with low residence time, helping to prevent cavitation damage and micro-dieseling. The zinc-free anti-wear system provides robust protection for gear, vane, and piston pumps while also minimizing deposit formation. Additionally, these oils are formulated to be not acutely or chronically toxic to the aquatic environment, based on GHS criteria and OECD testing. Extensive laboratory and in-service field testing have demonstrated that Mobil DTE 10 Excel series can offer quantifiable increases in hydraulic efficiency compared to other Mobil hydraulic oils. Controlled laboratory testing showed up to a six percent improvement in hydraulic pump efficiency. In field demonstrations, these oils outlasted standard Mobil hydraulic fluids by up to three times, while maintaining system cleanliness and component protection. The products have operated successfully in temperatures as low as -34°C (-29.2°F) while maintaining their ISO viscosity grade.
