DTE 10 Excel ISO 46 Hydraulic Oil

The Mobil DTE 10 Excel ISO 46 is a high-performance anti-wear hydraulic oil engineered to meet the demands of modern industrial and mobile hydraulic systems, particularly those operating under high pressure. Its formulation, based on selected base oils and a proprietary additive package, provides excellent performance and protection. The oil exhibits outstanding oxidation and thermal stability, which contributes to extended oil life and reduced deposit formation, even in severe operating conditions with high-pressure, high-output pumps. Key features include ultra keep-clean performance, which safeguards critical components like tight-tolerance servo and proportional valves. Its shear-stable, high viscosity index ensures maximum hydraulic efficiency and component protection across a wide temperature range, from low to high operating temperatures. The oil also boasts excellent air release properties, helping to prevent cavitation damage and micro-dieseling in systems with short residence times. The zinc-free anti-wear system provides robust protection for gear, vane, and piston pumps while minimizing deposit formation. Additionally, Mobil DTE 10 Excel is not acutely or chronically toxic to the aquatic environment. Extensive laboratory and in-service field testing have demonstrated that Mobil DTE 10 Excel series can deliver quantifiable increases in hydraulic efficiency compared to other Mobil hydraulic oils. Controlled laboratory testing showed up to a six percent improvement in hydraulic pump efficiency. In field demonstrations, it significantly extended oil life, lasting up to three times longer than standard Mobil hydraulic fluids while maintaining excellent system cleanliness and component protection. The oil's high viscosity index and shear stability allow it to operate effectively in temperatures as low as -34°C and maintain its ISO viscosity grade.
