The VIS Racing DTM Style Carbon Fiber Hood is designed to give your 2009-2014 Mini Cooper S Convertible a significant aesthetic and performance upgrade. This hood is constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber, utilizing a two-part design where the top layer is bonded to the hood surface with a high-grade epoxy resin for durability. It is finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective Poly Shield coating that provides a high-gloss, lasting appearance. The hood features a one-piece, smooth underside shell fused to the top layer for enhanced structural integrity, with hand-smoothed edges for a quality finish. VIS Racing employs the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) to produce parts that are 10-20% lighter and more durable. Each hood includes a badge of authenticity. This product is intended for off-road use unless local laws state otherwise, and hood pins are required for secure installation. The hood fits Mini Cooper models from 2009 to 2014, including Convertible and S variants.
