This diffuser features a two-part construction and utilizes the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for reduced weight and improved durability.

The VIS Racing DTM Style Rear Diffuser is specifically crafted for the 2008-2011 Mercedes C-Class W204 4-door models, accommodating dual exhaust systems. It is finished with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane coating (Poly Shield) that provides a durable, high-gloss finish. VIS Racing employs a two-part construction design for this diffuser. The top layer of carbon fiber is bonded to the surface using high-grade epoxy resin. A one-piece, smooth underside shell is then fused to the top layer, significantly enhancing the product's structural integrity. The edges are meticulously hand-smoothed to ensure a quality finish all around. Further enhancing its construction, VIS Racing has implemented the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.) for this part. This advanced manufacturing technique utilizes a single-mold vacuum, resulting in parts that are 10-20% lighter than those produced with traditional methods, while simultaneously improving overall durability. The product comes with a VIS badge of authenticity. Please note that hood pins are required due to the unknown nature of intended uses for these types of products. These parts are intended for off-road use only, unless local and state laws specify otherwise.
