Dual 11" Brushless Fan Kit

The DeWitts Dual 11" Brushless Fan Kit, part number 32-SP495, is a collaboration between DeWitts Radiator and Spal USA. This high-performance cooling system is engineered for extreme performance demands and high-heat environments, moving a combined 2,884 CFM with its two SPAL 30107059 Brushless Plus Series 11" fans. The kit features a sleek, computer-designed ballistic injection molded shroud. Designed as a Direct Fit replacement for the SPAL 32-SP30102052 dual brushed fan kit, it utilizes the same bolt pattern for straightforward installation. The SPAL brushless fans are at the forefront of cooling technology, utilizing high-energy ferrite magnets and a sine wave sensorless drive for over 82% electrical efficiency. This efficiency translates to high air-side performance with minimal electrical load. The motors are fully sealed to meet IP68 and IPK9K compliance, ensuring durability against water, dust, and aggressive substances. Installation requires the fans to be wired directly to the battery. The included temperature sensor can be placed inline or directly into a radiator tank using a 3/8” NPT female bung. Please note that SPAL's brushless fans require a negative PWM signal and cannot be activated with a traditional relay/switch setup. If your fan controller or ECM does not provide a PWM signal, the use of the included wiring and the #32-SBL-TS-205P temperature-activated smart sensor is recommended. The kit includes everything needed for installation: two 11" brushless fans, fan plug jumpers, a switch harness, a temperature sensor, and mounting flaps.
