The MTX TNE212D is a dual 12-inch sealed subwoofer enclosure designed to provide a balanced and accessible way to upgrade a vehicle's audio system. By combining high-performance subwoofer drivers with a precision-engineered sealed housing, this unit delivers deep, reliable bass output without requiring complex custom fabrication. Constructed from 5/8-inch medium-density fiberboard (MDF), the enclosure is specifically built to handle high-pressure sound waves, minimizing resonance and ensuring structural integrity during heavy use. The system features two 12-inch Terminator series subwoofers with a combined power handling capacity of 400-watts RMS (200-watts RMS per subwoofer) and a final system impedance of 2-ohms. This unit is designed as a universal solution for automotive audio enthusiasts. With a width of 29.63 inches, a height of 14 inches, and a bottom depth of 13.5 inches, it fits into most standard trunk or cargo areas.
