The Kicker 44DL7S122 is a ported enclosure designed to house two 12" Solo-Baric L7S subwoofers, engineered for high-output bass. The enclosure itself is built from solid medium-density fiberboard and finished with durable black carpeting, featuring an embroidered Kicker logo. Heavy internal bracing provides a stable foundation for the subwoofers, while rounded corners aid in fitting the unit into tighter spaces. At the heart of this system are Kicker's legendary Solo-Baric™ square subwoofers. The innovative square cones offer approximately 20% more cone area compared to conventional round cones, allowing them to move significantly more air for powerful, world-shaking bass. The woofers feature forged aluminum frames and Santoprene™ rubber surrounds for durability during high-level playback. The injection-molded SoloKon™ polypropylene cones are reinforced with 360-degree, constant-contact back bracing for strength and responsiveness. Additionally, the UniPlate™ back plate and pole piece are integrated into a single unit to help dissipate heat from the motor, enabling the subs to handle serious punishment. This enclosure presents a 2-ohm impedance, which is optimized to draw maximum power from your amplifier. It is rated to handle 1500 watts RMS (3000 watts peak power). The dimensions of the enclosure are 33-3/4"W x 16"H x 19-1/2"D1 x 16-1/4"D2.
