Dual 3" Exhaust

The Berk Technology 90-99 MR2 Dual 3″ Exhaust System is engineered for the SW20 chassis, aiming to provide superior flow and sound. This true dual exhaust system is constructed from fully polished 304 stainless steel, featuring a 3″ B-pipe that transitions to dual 3″ mufflers, each tipped with a 4″ slash-cut single-wall outlet. The system boasts a full 3″ (76.2mm) piping diameter from the downpipe back, including a 3″ stainless steel braided flex section in the B-pipe for added durability and alignment. The exhaust utilizes custom-made muffler bodies with a dual-layered packing consisting of stainless steel wool and high-density glass packing to eliminate unwanted resonance, all while maintaining a straight-through perforated muffler core for maximum flow. The flanges are a substantial ½” thick, ensuring a warp-free and leak-free seal, and the hangers and brackets are CNC bent for precise fitment and alignment. Designed to support in excess of 450+ RWHP, this exhaust system is dyno tested and track proven to deliver significant performance gains. Users can expect horsepower increases ranging from 20-50 RWHP compared to the stock system.
