Installation is simplified with a Banjo-fitting vacuum port that offers 360-degree adjustability for hose routing, minimizing potential leak points often associated with NPT ports. A piston o-ring seal, twice the diameter of older designs, enhances seal compression and reduces wear, increasing durability. The updated spring and seal design eliminates the need for spring seat adjustability, providing a significant 60% increase in clamping force at peak boost while maintaining stable operation at idle and during transient loads. This bypass valve is 50-state legal and carries CARB Executive Orders D-660-9, D-660-11, D-660-39, and D-660-83.
