Overview

The GKTECH dual caliper bracket is designed for the FR-S, GR86, and BRZ to allow for the installation of a secondary rear brake caliper. This bracket is compatible with OEM FR-S/GR86/BRZ calipers and comes in three variants to accommodate different factory caliper configurations. It is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and includes the necessary bolts for the secondary calipers.

The GKTECH dual caliper bracket enables the straightforward installation of a secondary rear brake caliper on your FR-S, GR86, or BRZ, particularly useful when running a standalone hydraulic e-brake kit. This bracket is unique in its ability to retain the factory drum handbrake when the optional bolt kit is purchased. It is constructed from CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum and includes the hardware required for mounting secondary calipers. It is compatible with OEM FR-S/GR86/BRZ calipers, with three variants available to suit different factory caliper setups based on rotor size (286 x 10mm non-USDM, 290 x 18mm non-Brembo, and 316 x 20mm Brembo PP). When using this kit, it is crucial to use matching calipers; for example, if your vehicle is equipped with Brembo calipers, you must use a matching Brembo caliper and rotor for the secondary caliper. A minor modification is required: trimming the dust shield to allow for the mounting of the additional caliper. The only modification required is to trim your dust shield for the additional caliper to mount.
