Dual Caliper Rear Big Brake Kit

This innovative Dual Caliper solution utilizes a single 4-pot caliper, ingeniously splitting functionality with two pots dedicated to the foot brake and the other two for the handbrake, each system operating independently. Constructed with a lightweight forged one-piece caliper from aerospace-quality aluminum, this kit ensures uniform thickness and superior strength to prevent fracturing, warpage, and failure. The aluminum pistons are equipped with heavy-duty seals capable of withstanding high temperatures, while an opposed-piston design guarantees consistent brake pad grip and wear. Standard features include high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The two-piece rotor design contributes to lightweight, fade-free performance and effective grip. The 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections reduce rotational mass for quicker stopping and improved brake response. The independent expansion and contraction of the rotor's outer section and center section minimize warping due to heat, and the aluminum center acts as a heat sink. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are advised for vehicles with more track use. This kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track conditions, with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions, though these are not recommended for street use due to their high working temperature requirements. Various custom caliper color options, including premium high-polish finishes and unique glassy/hard anodized colors, are available. Center bell customization options, such as a Titanium Center Bell and Hardware, are also offered. The kit is made to order, and all components are included for a complete bolt-on installation.
