Dual Caliper System

This innovative system utilizes a single 4-piston caliper that independently manages both the primary foot brake and the handbrake. This dual-functionality ensures precise control and reliable stopping power, crucial for demanding driving conditions. The kit features lightweight, forged one-piece calipers constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum, eliminating weak spots and ensuring durability. The opposed-piston design guarantees consistent brake pad wear. Caliper pistons are made from aluminum and equipped with heavy-duty seals to withstand high temperatures, preventing corrosion and maintaining smooth operation. High-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates are standard for longevity. Included are two-piece rotors, available in either cross-drilled (recommended for daily drivers as they run cooler) or slotted (recommended for track use) designs. These rotors are significantly lighter than OEM components, reducing rotational mass and improving brake response. The two-piece construction also minimizes warping due to heat. The kit comes complete with CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct OEM fitment, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for firmer pedal response, and Ksport SC5 Street Pads, with an option to upgrade to RCI Race Pads. Customization options are available for caliper color, including standard finishes like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, as well as premium high-polish or specialized anodized finishes for a personalized aesthetic. Center bell upgrades, such as Titanium Center Bell and Hardware, are also offered. This Big Brake Kit is Formula Drift legal and is made to order, with an estimated lead time provided upon order submission.
