Dual Caliper System with Floating Brake Discs

This kit introduces a unique Dual Caliper solution, featuring a single 4-piston caliper where two pistons are dedicated to the primary foot brake and the other two are independently operated by the handbrake system. This design ensures robust stopping power and precise control for demanding driving conditions. Constructed with a lightweight forged one-piece caliper made from aerospace-quality aluminum, this kit is built for strength and durability, eliminating potential weak spots that can lead to failure. The caliper pistons are aluminum and equipped with heavy-duty seals capable of withstanding high track temperatures. Opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad wear and grip, complemented by high-temperature seals, titanium retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. The floating two-piece rotor design with a 6061-T6 aluminum center section reduces rotational mass, enhances brake response, and minimizes warping due to heat. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are suggested for more track-focused use due to their ability to dissipate heat, dust, and gases more effectively. Included in the kit are CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on installation to OEM locations. D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines replace stock rubber lines, offering improved pedal response and a firmer feel by eliminating expansion under pressure. Standard equipment includes SC5 Street Pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. This product is made to order and non-refundable. Customization options are available for caliper color, including a range of standard colors and premium finishes like high polish silver, gold, titanium, and various glassy/hard anodized options, with extensive custom color possibilities. Center bell customization, including titanium upgrades, is also offered. The kit is Formula Drift legal.
