The Rev9 Exhaust Dual Cat-Back Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and sound of your 2006-2010 Dodge Charger equipped with the 3.5L V6 engine. Constructed from 100% stainless steel, this system utilizes TIG welding and mandrel-bent piping for superior durability and smooth exhaust flow, minimizing backpressure. The kit includes resonators and a sports muffler, culminating in rolled-edge tips, to deliver a deep, aggressive exhaust note. It claims a minimum of 15HP gain over the OEM exhaust. The 60mm (2.5-inch) piping size and 5" x 13.5" canister size, along with 100mm exhaust tips, contribute to its performance and aggressive tone. Installation is facilitated by the included bolts and clamps. However, professional installation is highly recommended, and installation instructions are not provided. A note advises that new rubber OEM donuts are recommended for replacement due to high heat exposure from the original exhaust, which may otherwise cause misalignment of the new system. This exhaust system is specifically designed for the Dodge Charger 3.5L V6 models from 2006 through 2010.
