Dual Driver/Inverter Module

The AMP EFI AXM-130 Dual Driver/Inverter is an essential module for users of the MS3Pro Mini, particularly when integrating with Ford TFI or MSD CDI ignition systems. It effectively translates spare 5V logic-level spark outputs into high-current drivers capable of switching either low-side (ground) or high-side (12V) triggered loads. This dual-channel unit accepts up to two 5V logic-level spark outputs and provides flexible control over various components. The output configuration is selectable via jumpers located beneath the bottom cover, offering a 'Normal' (going-high – 12V) mode suitable for TFI modules, CDI boxes, and tachometers, or an 'Inverted' (going-low – ground) mode ideal for driving most relays and solenoids. The output signal activates whenever the corresponding 5V input signal is active, providing responsive control. Common applications include ignition boxes like TFI modules and CDI boxes, controlling relays for fans, and activating solenoids for boost controllers, water-methanol injection, or nitrous systems.
