Description

The COMP Cams 12-209-3 camshaft is a Dual Energy hydraulic flat tappet camshaft designed for applications where a slight sacrifice in low-end power is acceptable for an increase in mid- and upper-range RPM horsepower. It is ideal for use with restricted exhaust port cylinder heads or applications using a full-length exhaust system. It has an intake duration of 219 and exhaust duration of 229 at 0.050 inch lift, and a lobe separation of 110 degrees. This camshaft operates best within a 2,000-6,000 RPM range and requires new valve springs for installation.
