Overview

The Gibson Dual Extreme is a cat-back exhaust system designed for 2010-2014 Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon models with the 5.3L engine. It features 2.25-inch stainless steel, mandrel-bent tubing and exits behind each rear tire with dual polished T304 stainless steel slash-cut tips.

For the enthusiast seeking to elevate their truck's performance and sound, the Gibson Dual Extreme cat-back exhaust system is engineered for the 2010-2014 Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon equipped with the 5.3L engine. This dual exhaust system features 2.25-inch stainless steel, mandrel-bent tubing, ensuring optimal flow and durability. The system culminates in dual 3.5-inch polished T304 stainless steel slash-cut tips that exit behind each rear tire, providing a bold street aesthetic. At the heart of the system is a specially designed baffled and chambered muffler. It boasts a unique construction with no internal packing, which contributes to an aggressive performance sound while minimizing interior drone. The muffler itself has a 24-inch body with a 3-inch offset inlet and dual 2.25-inch outlets. This configuration is specifically tuned to enhance low-end torque and horsepower, with dyno-proven gains typically ranging from 10-20 horsepower and 15-20 lb-ft of torque.
