Dual Filter Air Intake Kit

The FENFABrication FF-FEAIV2 High Flow Air Intake Kit is an upgraded system for the 2020+ Ford Explorer ST, designed to improve performance by maximizing air intake. This V2 kit features a dual-filter design and replaces the factory's constrictive piping with 2.75" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. The system utilizes 4-ply black silicone couplers for secure fastening and is powder-coated for durability. The pre-oiled cone air filters are designed to increase airflow by 27% compared to the stock intake. Installation of this intake is intended to increase turbo spool, enhance torque, and boost horsepower, with claims of up to +20hp gains on the stock turbo. Additionally, the intake makes the turbo and blow-off valve more audible and helps maintain ambient intake air temperatures while cruising. This air intake is presented as a foundational upgrade for those pursuing higher horsepower levels, especially when paired with FENFABrication's Hotside Charge Piping. It is available in textured red, textured black, or Aztec Blue finishes, offering an OEM-like fitment.
