Dual Fuel Pump Kit

The Squash Performance dual fuel pump kit is a high-flow, in-tank solution designed to meet the demands of high-horsepower builds on 2008-2009 Pontiac G8 vehicles. By integrating two high-capacity 450 LPH Walbro pumps, this system provides the necessary fuel volume for gasoline or E85 applications while maintaining a direct, simple swap that requires no cutting of the factory fuel tank. Engineered for performance and longevity, the fuel pump hanger is built from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum and finished with an anodized coating for superior corrosion resistance. The assembly is fully sealed using Viton o-rings and incorporates durable stainless steel hardware and Teflon wiring. For plumbing versatility, the unit includes both -8 and -6 AN fittings, with supply and return ports machined to accept -8 straight-cut o-ring fittings. Installation is streamlined through the use of heavy-duty sealed connectors. The pumps are wired individually, allowing for dedicated power delivery, such as utilizing a Hobbs switch to engage the second pump under high-load conditions. While designed for specific Pontiac platforms, this system is also compatible with all Chevy SS and Holden VE Series 2 and VF-based variants, including sedan, ute, and wagon body styles.
