The Hasport EKK2 mount kit is engineered for K-series engine swaps into the 1996-2000 Honda Civic (EK) chassis, specifically when utilizing an EG or DC2 subframe. This kit simplifies the swap process, making it a bolt-in procedure. It incorporates Hasport's dual height mount system and patented flip mount, ensuring that the engine head stays in a consistent position regardless of whether a K20 or K24 engine is used. This design benefits aftermarket components like headers, intakes, and turbo kits, as they will fit identically for both engine displacements. This specific EKK2 variation is compatible with RSX and 02-11 Civic Si manual transmissions.
