Dual High Pressure Fuel Kit

The H&S Motorsports Dual High Pressure Fuel Kit is engineered to provide the necessary fuel volume for high-horsepower 2007-2018 6.7L Cummins engines. This advanced system employs a dual-rail feed design, allowing a secondary CP3 pump to independently supply the rear of the fuel rail. This innovative approach prevents the high-pressure fuel lines from becoming a bottleneck, even at extreme power levels, while maintaining the stock configuration of the primary CP3 pump and its associated high-pressure line. H&S Motorsports developed this kit using proven engineering principles, mirroring the success of their kits for LML and Ford platforms. The unique mounting system positions the secondary CP3 pump optimally and ensures proper serpentine belt contact with both the secondary pump and the factory power steering pump. The kit includes a brand new, OEM Bosch CP3 pump, not a remanufactured unit, emphasizing reliability and longevity. With the standard pump configuration, this kit is capable of supporting over 800 WHP of high-pressure fuel supply, with options for modified CP3 pumps available for even greater demands. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, an aftermarket lift pump, such as an AirDog or FASS system, is required for proper filtration and water separation. Custom engine tuning may also be necessary depending on other modifications. Additionally, this product may not be compatible with certain EGR system components.
