The Milltek Sport SSXAU629 cat-back exhaust system is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory system, designed to enhance both the sound and aesthetics of your Audi A4 2.0 TFSI S line B8 (2008-2011). This non-resonated, dual-outlet system features a 70mm (2.75-inch) pipe diameter and polished GT100 tips. The construction utilizes aerospace-grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel, known for its durability and resistance to discoloration, ensuring a long lifespan even in harsh conditions. Milltek's manufacturing process involves mandrel bending for consistent radius bends, optimizing gas flow. The bore diameters are carefully enlarged to maximize performance gains without sacrificing mid-range torque. The system undergoes a rigorous acoustic development process to achieve a sporty and crisp tone, while actively preventing NVH, drone, and cabin resonance. This system is specifically designed for Audi A4 2.0 TFSI S line B8 models equipped with the Tiptronic transmission, available in both 2WD and quattro configurations. It requires the A4 3.2 S line dual-outlet rear valance for proper fitment.
