Description

The Volkswagen Mk2/3 Dual Outlet Exhaust Manifold is a reconditioned part designed to enhance exhaust flow on specific Volkswagen models. This dual-outlet manifold is suitable for the '86-'87 Jetta 8V GLI, '88-'92 Golf Jetta 8V equipped with the PF engine, and the '93-'95 Mk3 Golf/Jetta 2.0L 8V ABA. It serves as an upgrade from the original single-outlet manifold. When installed with Techtonics Tuning (TT) part #251 117S, this manifold can provide a 6hp gain, or an 11hp gain when used with the Race part #251 204S. Note that the #251 117S may necessitate a catalytic converter with an 82mm bolt spread. For use on Mk1 8V models, this manifold requires specific TT Custom Downpipes, including #251 222, #251 223, #251 114, and #251 116. This exhaust manifold is explicitly stated to NOT fit 16V engines or '96 and later 2.0L ABA engines. The reconditioned unit has been bead blasted, had its studs replaced, and painted with high-heat paint.
