The Sikky Manufacturing LS Swap Radiator (SKM-RAD02) is engineered to be the ultimate cooling system solution for vehicles undergoing an LS engine swap. These radiators are designed as direct, bolt-in replacements that integrate seamlessly into the engine compartment, eliminating the need for fabrication. Sikky starts with a custom-designed core and meticulously crafts end tanks and mounting points to ensure a factory-like fit. Featuring a dual-pass design, this radiator offers robust cooling performance suitable for both daily driving and demanding track conditions. The inlet and outlet locations are strategically positioned to align with the ports on any LS-based engine water pump. The construction utilizes 6061 billet aluminum for mounting points and an aluminum core, finished in a natural hue. Key specifications include a 2-row core with 1.500-inch inlet and outlet sizes, a natural aluminum finish, and a crossflow style. It does not feature a transmission cooler. The included dual SPAL fans each measure 10.00 inches in diameter, providing a combined maximum airflow of 802 cfm (800-899 cfm range). The overall dimensions are 26.25 inches wide by 18.25 inches high, with a thickness of 2.25 inches. This kit utilizes factory mounting locations for straightforward installation.
