Overview

The ELATE Manufacturing universal heat exchanger is a small, dual pass/single row design intended for liquid-to-air intercooler systems or supercharger setups. It allows coolant to flow across the core twice for optimal temperature reduction. This heat exchanger requires supplemental cooling for the liquid running through an intercooler.

Its dual pass/single row core design enables coolant to traverse the core twice, ensuring the lowest possible outlet temperature for enhanced performance. For optimal efficiency, it is recommended that this heat exchanger be mounted in a location with access to fresh airflow, such as the front of the vehicle. Featuring overall dimensions of 605mm in width (tank to tank), 70mm in thickness, and 200mm in height, its core measures 535mm wide, 65mm thick, and 174mm high. The unit includes M8 x 1.25mm mounting bungs and a 1/8″ NPT bleed port on the top of the tank. It comes equipped with two -12 ORB to -12 AN male fittings for connection to your system.
