Description

The Spelab intake manifold is a high-performance dual-plane aluminum intake designed for 1958-1976 Ford FE Big-Block V8 engines with medium or low-rise cylinder heads. This manifold is intended for street use with 332, 352, 360, 390, 406, 410, 427, and 428ci displacements. It is designed to work with OEM 4V carburetors and is suitable for an RPM range from idle to 5500 RPM. This intake manifold is not equipped with EGR and will not accept stock Motorcraft spread-bore carburetors. It is also not compatible with heavy-duty 361ci and 391ci Ford truck V8s. The manifold features port exit dimensions of 1.06'' x 1.75'', a manifold height of 4.35'' to 5.50'', and a carb pad height of 4.92". Recommended carburetors include Edelbrock 600-800 cfm Performer and Thunder AVS models. Installation requires intake gaskets, which are sold separately.
