The 034Motorsport Dual Pulley Hardware Kit is engineered to transform Audi models equipped with the 3.0 TFSI Supercharged V6 engine into high-performance machines, capable of achieving up to 540HP and 491FT-LBS of torque when paired with appropriate tuning software. This comprehensive kit provides all the necessary hardware to upgrade from stock to a Stage 2+ dual pulley configuration. Key components include the 034Motorsport Supercharger Pulley Upgrade (57.70mm diameter) designed to spin the supercharger faster, thereby increasing boost pressure throughout the RPM range. Complementing this is the 034Motorsport 190mm Billet Crank Pulley Upgrade, machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in black anodize. This crank pulley is 62% lighter than the OE unit, significantly reducing rotational weight and parasitic loss. The kit also features a 1310mm Dynamic+ Supercharger Belt, built for increased strength, heat resistance, and stability to support high speeds and rapid accelerations. This hardware kit is designed for specific Audi applications, including the B8/B8.5 S4/S5/Q5/SQ5, C7 A6/A7, and D4 A8 models with the 3.0 TFSI engine. It's important to note that the required Stage 2+ ECU tuning software is sold separately and must be flashed via the factory OBD-II port. The tuning software supports various octane levels, including 91, 93, 100, 104, and E40. A crucial fitment note specifies that this kit does not fit facelifted A8, A6, and A7 models. Additionally, while not included, the installation of the 034Motorsport Front Main Seal is recommended as a convenient upgrade during the crank pulley installation process.
