The Aftermarket Dual Pulley Performance Pack is a comprehensive kit designed to unlock the full potential of the 3.0 TFSI Supercharged V6 engine found in select Audi models, including the B8 S4/S5/Q5/SQ5, C7 A6/A7, and D4 A8. This package delivers a significant performance boost, capable of achieving up to 540HP and 491 FT-LBS of torque when combined with the included 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Stage 2+ ECU Tuning. The kit includes the 034Motorsport Supercharger Pulley Upgrade and a 190mm Billet Crank Pulley Upgrade, which work together to increase boost pressure from the factory Eaton TVS1320 Supercharger. This hardware is paired with proprietary ECU calibrations that safely extract additional power. The Stage 2+ software also features a raised redline of 7,400 RPM for a broader powerband and improved peak horsepower. Additionally, the throttle mapping is refined for better response and modulation, and the software enables left-foot braking for enhanced track control. The package is flashed directly via the factory OBD-II port and supports various octane levels, including 91, 93, 104, and E40 fuels. This performance pack is not for use with 6-speed manual transmissions. If your vehicle is equipped with a DSG transmission, you must select the TCU Tune checkbox. Do not select the TCU Tune checkbox if you have a ZF8 automatic or 6-speed manual transmission. For those seeking to further enhance their setup, an upgraded heat exchanger and high-pressure fuel pump are recommended for achieving maximum power potential, especially with E40 fueling files. The kit also includes a Bando Rib-Ace PK1320 Pulley Belt and all necessary installation hardware.
