The Racetronix Universal High-Power Dual Fan Harness (FNWH-004) provides a robust solution for powering electric cooling fans, especially those drawing significant current, such as many OE and aftermarket dual fans that can exceed 30 amps. This harness directly connects to the battery, removing excessive electrical loads from factory wiring, relays, and fusible links, thereby ensuring improved voltage supply and optimal fan performance. Constructed with weatherproof components, the harness features dual independent circuits for high/low speed fan operation. It includes dual 40 amp heavy-duty relays equipped with EMI suppression, making them ECM/PCM safe. The use of heavy-duty 10-gauge wire ensures minimal power loss even under substantial electrical loads, capable of reliably handling 30-40 amp circuits in harsh environments. The relays can be configured for either positive or negative switching, and the extra-long coil wires offer flexibility in connecting to your chosen control source, such as a simple switch or a stand-alone fan controller. Installation hardware is included, with optional battery nuts featuring accessory power taps and an optional body ground upgrade. The harness comes pre-equipped with 40 amp ATC fuses, but alternative fuses for different load requirements can be purchased separately. The included fan connectors and terminals are rated at 46 amps nominal, and basic crimping and soldering skills are required for installation.
