The Koyorad HH080292 is a dual-row aluminum radiator designed as a direct replacement for OEM radiators in select Honda Civic and Del Sol models. It features a 48mm core thickness and maintains all factory mounts for fans, fan switch, A/C condenser, and hoses.

This radiator is available with either 28mm inlets for D-series engines or 32mm inlets for B-series engines. It is constructed with precise tube and fin alignment, Nocolok-R brazing, and TIG welded seams for durability and performance.

The Koyorad HH080292 is a high-performance, dual-row, half-size aluminum radiator engineered to directly replace the factory unit in 1992-2000 Honda Civic and 1992-1997 Honda Del Sol models with manual transmissions. Constructed with a 48mm "Hyper Core" and featuring precise tube and fin alignment, this radiator offers enhanced cooling efficiency. It boasts advanced engineering, including Nocolok-R brazing for durability and a brushed finish, as well as precision TIG welded seams. The radiator includes a billet filler neck and a billet drain plug, and it is triple pressure tested to meet high-performance demands. It maintains all factory mounts, ensuring compatibility with OEM fans, fan switch, A/C condenser, and factory hoses. This model is available with specific inlet sizes to match different engine configurations: 28mm inlets are suitable for most D-series (SOHC) engines, while 32mm inlets are designed for most B-series (DOHC) engines. The DOHC version has larger diameter inlets for B-series radiator hose fitment.
