Dual Steering Stabilizer Kit

The PMF Suspension dual steering stabilizer kit is engineered for 1986-1997 Ford F-250/350 4x4 models, especially those equipped with larger tires and lift kits, or for drivers seeking a tighter steering feel. This kit is designed as a completely bolt-on solution, eliminating the need for drilling or grinding during installation. It is explicitly stated that this kit will NOT work on lowered trucks. The construction features heavy-duty gusseting for enhanced durability. The center mounting bracket attaches to the differential cover and clamps around the axle, creating a robust anchor point for the stabilizers. Both inner and outer stabilizer mounts are designed in dual shear to prevent twisting and ensure maximum strength. The kit includes all necessary components for installation on a traditional steering setup. Crucially, this kit is ONLY compatible with Dana 60 solid axles and will NOT work with Dana 50 TTB (Twin Traction Beam) axles. Modifications may be necessary for trucks equipped with sway bar systems. Additionally, if you are running an aftermarket differential cover such as Mag Hytec, some grinding or milling of the differential cover may be required for the center mount bracket to fit, as the bracket is designed with maximum clearance but may still require adjustments. Customers can choose from different stabilizer options, including Bilstein 5100 Series, Fox 2.0, and King 2.0 stabilizers, each offering distinct features and construction materials. The Fox 2.0 features a 2.0" metal-impacted 6061-T6 aluminum body with an internal IFP mono-tube reservoir. The King 2.0 offers an aluminum 2.0 body, hard-chromed 1/2" shafts, and is custom-valved, rebuildable, and serviceable.
