The BDS Suspension BDS2009DF dual steering stabilizer kit is engineered to significantly enhance the handling and control of your 1973-1987 Chevy and GMC Truck or 1973-1991 SUV. Installing larger tires can place increased stress on your vehicle's suspension, leading to undesirable effects like bump steer and transmitted steering wheel feedback. This kit directly addresses these issues by incorporating FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. When paired with a BDS lift kit, this steering stabilizer system can also contribute to extending the lifespan of your vehicle's original steering components by absorbing excess forces. This kit features shocks that are the result of a specific collaboration between FOX and BDS. They have been custom-valved for each application to ensure perfect integration and function with BDS Suspension systems. Key features of the included shocks include a 2-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum body that resists rust, a robust 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft, and a race-developed high-flow piston design for optimal damping. The dual stabilizer design is end-to-end. Note that this dual system will not work on vehicles with 2 inches of lift or less.
