The COMP Cams CCA-944-16 is a set of dual valve springs engineered to deliver superior strength, durability, and valve train stability, making them suitable for high-stress engine applications. These springs are manufactured from Super Clean wire and subjected to rigorous quality control testing. The dual spring configuration offers increased strength to effectively manage the higher valve lift commonly found in performance and racing engines. Key specifications include an outer spring outside diameter of 1.570 inches, an inner spring inside diameter of 0.796 inches, and a coil bind height of 1.100 inches. The seat pressure is rated at 190 lbs at 1.950 inches and 755 lbs at 1.200 inches. The maximum recommended valve lift for this spring set is 0.750 inches. Retainers are not included with this set.
